The two Berlin-based companies, Embassy of Sound and Media with the label Embassy One and twelve x twelve, announced their cooperation back in November 2022. EoSM uses the infrastructure of TXT's online marketplace to publish digital assets. The vision of the two companies is to reissue old classics with the so-called "Digital Vinyls" and to create assets that offer added value: For fans, DJs, collectors and artists alike. This includes digital ownership, value adjustment, tradability and collector values.

About the Collaboration

DIGITAL VINYL - EMBASSY ONE X TWELVE X TWELVE

Roger Sanchez started as a DJ and producer in the late '80s, influenced by the burgeoning hip-hop scene in New York City. From being a b-boy and graffiti artist attending Bronx River parties, he evolved into a master on the turntables. Amidst the convergence of hip-hop, house music, and turntablism, Sanchez built his legacy, starting with a few singles and growing into a collection of over 2,000 original productions and remixes.

In 2001, he achieved a significant breakthrough with the chart-topping record 'Another Chance', which has since garnered over 35 million streams. Sanchez has remained active, touring worldwide, releasing numerous original records, and remixing for a variety of artists such as Michael Jackson, The Police, Diana Ross, Jamiroquai, Maroon 5, and No Doubt. His remix of No Doubt's "Hella Good" won him a Grammy in 2003 for Best Remixed Recording.


ABOUT ROGER SANCHEZ

The legendary DJ and Grammy Award winner Roger Sanchez produced a remix of the deep house anthem “Raining -Again” by Betoko. You get this remix in five different versions, including an exclusive visualizer with this token as an exclusive and limited Digital Vinyl. This release was available as Open Edition for 72 hours from the time of release on 03/17/2023 00:01 AM.

Sharam Jey:

Since the early 90s, international DJ, producer, and label owner Sharam Jey has been making waves in the dance music world with his infectious grooves. With three acclaimed albums, over 100 releases on prestigious labels, and a slew of high-profile remixes, the Cologne-based artist has made his mark. His unique house music style shone in his third album "Invisible" (2018). Outside the studio, Jey spins the decks with his dynamic DJ sets and energy, making an impact worldwide. He also runs the successful record label Bunny Tiger, known for its DJ tools and being one of Beatport's top performers. With strong support and many planned releases, Jey shows himself as a tireless talent in the industry.

Bakka (BR):

Emerging from Bolivia and now based in South Brazil, Bakka has rapidly ascended the ranks of the global underground dance music scene. His standout tracks, "Make It Better," "Distortion," “Closer” and "So High" have amassed over 9 million Spotify streams, earning him recognition from top-tier producers like Joris Voorn, Hernan Cattaneo, Solomun, and Super Flu. Bakka's diverse musical prowess has seen him releasing on renowned labels such as This Never Happened, Sprout, Armada, Ritter Butzke, MoBlack, Sony Music, and Bunny Tiger. Adam Beyer occupies a firm position among the few techno originators who’ve stayed at the top of their game since the ‘90s. The Swede’s three-decade career is an impressive unfurling of steadfast, future-focussed innovation and expansion. Beyer has performed at nearly every club and festival around the world multiple times, he’s the first to have racked up 100 Awakenings appearances, he’s turned in two rounds on Radio 1’s Essential Mix and an entry into fabric’s mix series, built a vast catalogue of vital records, released under various aliases, and launched three record labels, including the gargantuan Drumcode, a world-dominating brand with a syndicated radio show, monthly show on Apple Music and global wide events.

ZYON - NO FATE RMX

ADAM BEYER

Torsten Stenzel is a successful dance producer from the 90s and 2000s, known for projects such as "Sakin & Friends", "Taucher", "Ayla" and many more. In the late 90s, he and his brother Jörg Stenzel created the project "York". Their singles "The Awakening" and "On The Beach" were successful across Europe. York's cult status was further cemented through numerous remixes and collaborations, including with ATB. In recent years, he has managed and produced for his singing daughter "Au/Ra" and has lived on the Caribbean island of Antigua for 16 years, where he also serves as a consul.

Join the German brotherly duo, York, as they infuse Zyon's "No Fate" with their signature emotional trance soundscapes. Their rework teems with dark melodies, rolling rhythms, and monumental trance riffs, offering a profound sense of musical journey. ZYON - NO FATE

YORK

Steffen Britzke, known as Stevie B-Zet, is a key figure in the electronic music realm, recognized for his keyboard skills and production prowess. He's renowned for hits like 'Everlasting Pictures (Right Through Infinity)' and 'No Fate' by Zyon. He later remade 'Everlasting Pictures' into 'Bilder von Dir' with Laith Al-Deen. B-Zet has collaborated with international artists like Quincy Jones and Sheila E, and contributed to the 1990 megamix by Italo House Band Black Box. Along with Matthias Hoffmann and Ralf Hildenbeutel, he founded the production company Schallbau.

In collaboration with Sven Väth, he formed the music project Astral Pilot, releasing the well-received album 'Electro Acupuncture'. The album included a 20-minute track 'The Day After', marking the closing of Technoclub Omen. In 1996, they created the soundtrack for 'Der kalte Finger', which included a shorter version of 'The Day After' and 'Scotty's Arrival', the latter being used in the BR-Alpha series 'alpha-Centauri'.


ABOUT B-ZET

Welcome back Stevie B-Zet, one of the creative forces behind the original "No Fate". After more than thirty years and a six-year hiatus, B-Zet returns with a fresh perspective on his musical masterpiece. His exclusive remix is a testament to the enduring power of this iconic track. As part of our digital vinyl series, B-Zet's remix of "No Fate" is available exclusively as a digital vinyl. The release is accompanied by a specially designed visualizer, adding another dimension to this seminal piece of music, reimagined for today.
